By accepting this price quote, you the “Customer” agrees to the Versa Products Terms & Conditions. Our goal is always to provide our customers with the highest-level of customer service and quality products in the industry. We have outlined some key policy terms that will enable us to provide our customers with the best products and services below.

MADE IN U.S.A:

For over 20 years, Versa Products Inc has been a true U.S.A manufacturer of high-quality furniture and other durable goods. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of the metal and wood fabrication that make up our finished products. We are located in Los Angeles, CA.

Lifetime Warranty:

Versa Products offers a “Lifetime Warranty” on all products made by Versa Products Inc in our factories located in the United States. We will replace or repair your Versa Made products for a LIFETIME free of charge with no hassle. NOTE: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges needed to repair or replace products. Lifetime Warranty does not cover discontinued or custom products, electronics, components or products not made by Versa Products Inc.

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Versa Products Inc (or) VersaTable.com (or) VersaDesk.com do NOT manufacture electronic components. Electronics and other Non-Versa components which are not made and Manufactured by Versa Products are limited to a 1 year replacement warranty. To request an RMA for a return you must email support@versaproducts.com with the original order number, along with proof of purchase. NOTE: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Versa Products is an industry leader in green practices. Versa Products meets and / or exceeds standards for: OSHA, South Coast Air Quality, Fire, Building Safety and Storm drain runoff agencies.

Pricing:

Our price quote is valid for 90 days from the dated quote. Agreed pricing will be stored in our system with customer information. GSA & agreed pricing will be reflected on all price quotes for the appropriate approved entities. Versa Products GSA contract number is #GS-28F-0013R.

Payment Terms:

Customers will be charged a 3% processing fee on all credit card purchases. First time customers are required to pay by credit card or wire transfer. Established and repeat customers may apply for credit terms on future purchases via our credit application. Net30 day payment terms are available for approved Versa credit applicants. All orders placed on Versa credit will be billed on a net 30 day basis after the order has been shipped. (Excluding GSA Approved Government and Schools Buyers)

Late Payments Penalty:

All orders placed with Versa Products Inc (or) VersaTable.com (or) VersaDesk.com are subject to an additional 1.5% late payment penalty fee added to any invoice unpaid balance over 30 days old from the time the order has shipped. The 1.5% late payment penalty fee will be repeated and be applied every 30 days on any unpaid balance.

Custom Orders:

New customers are required to be paid in-full for their first custom made orders. A 50% deposit is required for established customers with custom orders. All custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable because they are made special, just for you.

Return Policy:

We guarantee customer satisfaction on every item purchased from VersaDesk. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the order being received. If you ordered a quantity of greater than two units, only one product may be opened for evaluation. Opening of additional products is considered to be an acceptance of the entire order.

 

All shipping fees on returns are paid for by the purchaser. The purchaser is subject to any fees incurred while the return shipment is in transit. The shipping charges, along with any possible damage charges, will be deducted from your refund. For all orders greater than or equal to $5,000 USD, there is a mandatory 25% restocking fee.

 

All custom orders are non-refundable. VersaTables will not accept any returns after 30 days from the delivery date. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Call VersaDesk Customer Support at (424)244-2127 to request an RMA number.
  2. Please print the RMA form from Customer Support and include it with your return shipment. VersaTables will not accept / receive  any returned items that do not have an RMA form attached.
  3. PLEASE NOTE: A credit will not be issued without an RMA number. Typically, VersaDesk will take 4-5 business days to process a refund upon receipt of the returned item(s).

Return Eligibility:

Items must be in new/unused condition and in their original packaging in order to be returned. Items which are custom/made to order cannot be returned. Returns on clearance items and items marked as “non-returnable” will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Fee:

Customers may “Cancel” their orders up to 5 business days after the order was placed without any penalty. However, cancellation requests after 5 business days from the ordering date (that have not been shipped) will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This 25% fee will be calculated on the order total (minus) any shipping fee and or taxes charged up front. All custom orders are considered final, due and payable at the total invoice amount on any purchase orders that have been shipped and received by customers.

Inspection and Acceptance of Merchandise:

By taking possession of the merchandise, the Customer accepts and certifies the merchandise is in good condition, free from damage or defect, unless specifically notated as unacceptable on the pickup or delivery receipt.

Freight & Shipping Policy:

The delivery method for your Versa order depends on the weight and size of the furniture. Versa uses various methods to insure your order is delivered safe and secure in a timely manner. These methods include but are not limited to Third Party Delivery Vendors, FedEx, freight, tailgate and inside delivery based on special requests.

Shipping & Freight:

All orders are shipped FOB Los Angeles, California USA. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Incorrect Shipping Address that results in second attempts shipping or rerouting shipping fees is the responsibility of the party who provided the shipping address. If free shipping is offered, it will be stated on all invoices and price quotes prior to payment transaction. Rerouting Shipping Fees, Shipping Storage Fees and all other Shipping Fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Claims:

All damage claims must be reported at the time of delivery. In order to quickly resolve any challenges, please photograph and note each issue on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.  All missing parts and/or damaged parts will be replaced and expedited. Tailgate Delivery Policy:

Larger and heavier furniture items, including large desks, tables and filing cabinets, will need to be shipped by a freight carrier using a large semi-trailer truck. In these instances, the driver will pull up to your loading dock and bring the furniture to the back of the truck. If no loading dock is available, a lift gate will be provided to lower the shipment from the truck. Customers are responsible for bringing the product into your location.

Inside Delivery Policy:

If your location does not have people who are able to bring your new furniture into the building, we recommend adding inside delivery service to your order. When you request inside delivery, the driver will take the boxes off the truck and bring them inside your location’s ground level front door. Inside delivery is NOT included in Free Shipping Orders. This is an extra Fee that will be invoiced “Up Front” to the customer. For shipments weighing more than 125 pounds, the driver will bring the item into your room of choice, including going up one flight of stairs. There is an additional fee for this service which you will be invoiced for up front. This service will add approximately 1-4 weeks to your transit time depending on your distance to the service provider.

Furniture Assembly Services Policy:

If you are needing assembly of your furniture, no problem. Versa Products has a nationwide network of installers available to meet ALL your installation and assembly needs. All you need to do is request furniture assembly service up front with your Versa Sales Agent. This service is an additional fee, therefore your Versa Sales Agent will reply back with a cost estimate for you to approve.

Third Party Vendor Policy:

Whether contracted by Versa, referred by Versa or suggested to you by Versa, Versa Products Inc does not endorse and or guarantee any work performed by any Third Party Vendor providing any outside service to you. The customer agrees to assume any and all loss and damages caused by Third Party Vendors.

Delivery Cost Policy:

Delivery charges vary for many different promotions and products ordered. Orders offering FREE Shipping promotion are only Valid on first attempt deliveries in the USA All other definitions of delivery that incurs various additional costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Delivery rates generally run 17-25% of the merchandise price; however, that can change based on product weight and shipping origin. FREE Shipping Promotions DO NOT apply to ORDERS being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and ALL International Destinations. Additional Shipping Fees will be assessed by Versa Products and the Customer will be contacted to approve and pay for these additional shipping fees up front. If the customer decides not to pay the applicable shipping fees, the order will be considered not valid and be canceled by either party. All international orders require a U.S. consolidation point and a TCN# is required for overseas destinations. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

Versa Delivery Time Policy:

Items listed online as “Ships Today,” will typically arrive within a week (7 Business Days). In Stock items will generally arrive in 1-2 weeks, while Made-to-Order items arrive in 4-6 weeks or more depending on the custom product. Please note that shipping times may vary. The best estimate for this information can be found on the product detail page for each item and on your order acknowledgement after your purchase. The customer acknowledges and agrees that Versa Products does not guarantee shipping times and or inventory availability information either expressed in writing, online and or expressed verbally due to recent global supply chain issues. We make every effort to keep customers happy.
